murcon was engaged to deliver a full external remediation upgrade to this live residential complex, addressing significant water ingress and corrosion typical of oceanfront environments, with strict adherence to the NCC and DBP Act. The works were focused on very clear outcomes; eliminate water penetration and restore building integrity, while uplifting the overall asset condition and performance.

Our scope included metal roof and waterproofing system replacement, complete balcony upgrades including membranes, balustrades, doors, and floor finishes, concrete treatment and rendering repairs, and a full external commercial repaint.

Delivered within an occupied environment, the project successfully resolved ongoing defects while enhancing durability and presentation.
