murcon was engaged to deliver the full design, construct and certification of a complex façade and fire compliance upgrade to this occupied commercial building.

Leveraging deep expertise in façade remediation and compliance, we worked closely with the owners to develop efficient, buildable solutions that met stringent regulatory requirements while maintaining building operations.

The scope included the replacement of ~3,000m² of non-compliant ACP, targeted window and water ingress upgrades, and complete management and close-out of the Council Fire Order.
